RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.
To qualify for a return:
Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. It must be in the same condition as when you received it. You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if: Your item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item. We’ll review your case promptly and make it right as soon as possible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including: Opened, unsealed, or used items. Personal care and beauty products (including skincare, soaps, makeup, and hair care), custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Allergic Reactions
We understand that every skin type is unique. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products: Please notify us within 48 hours of use. We may request photos or a doctor’s note to confirm the reaction was caused by one of our products. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or store credit for the affected item.
Please note that all product information and ingredient details are provided by manufacturers and distributors. If you have ingredient concerns, consult your doctor before use or contact us for additional information.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the product you prefer.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to a Haven Glow error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
