ORDER AND DELIVERY TERMS

1. Order Processing

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, our team will notify you within 24 hours via email.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped through Expedited Parcel services. Delivery typically takes 2–9 business days, depending on your location within Canada. We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $35 CAD. Free shipping applies only to Canadian addresses. Please note that additional restrictions may apply to remote or rural areas.

To qualify for free shipping:

Your order total must be $35 or more after discounts or promo codes, and before taxes, fees, or shipping charges are added.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We proudly ship across most of Canada. However, delivery limitations and extended delivery times may apply to the following regions: Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), and Newfoundland (NL). Postal codes starting with YT, NT, NU, NL, A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, X0A–Y9Z may be subject to additional charges or delivery restrictions.

If you live in these areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping availability and rates. In cases where we cannot deliver to your address, your order may be canceled and refunded in full.

4. Remote & Rural Deliveries

For customers in remote or rural regions, please note: Delivery times may be longer than the estimated 2–9 business days. Certain postal codes may not be serviceable due to courier limitations. If unsure, please reach out to us for confirmation before ordering.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can follow your package’s progress online until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high-volume seasons may impact delivery times. Haven Glow cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays once the order has been dispatched.
